Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house Customer care department would be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Delivery and Shipping Policy

We ship within 48-72 hours from the time you place your order. We ship via several of the major courier and logistics partners. where indicated, shipping is free.

you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Taking Delivery of your Order

Inspect your order do not accept an order if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately.

Returns

» Please call us during normal business hours before making a return.

» You will be issued a Return Authorization Number and, if your merchandise is unopened and/or deemed to be in otherwise good condition, receive further instruction on our returns procedure.

» Please be prompt; all returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date, and no returns will be accepted after this time period.

» You may ship your return using the carrier of your choice.

» You must send your product back to us at your own cost. Be advised that the original packing slip is required for all refunds / reimbursements. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking.

» Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

» You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service team and mark your package with the RMA number.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Apparel & Promotional Items

At this time we do not accept return of apparel and promotional items.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation may be possible in the event you initimate us within 24 hours of your order submission in certain circumstances. While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. However, if your order has already been processed we will not be able to cancel the order.

 Back Orders

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there’s a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event you will receive an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling, substituting, or reserving your order.

Delays

Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 hours on regular business days. Upon placing your order you will receive a receipt by email. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Affairs for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.
