Directions To Use

Directions: As a Health supplement take one scoop (100gm approx.) in the morning and one scoop (100gm approx) in the evening by mixing it in

350ml of milk or your favourite beverage. Best when used in the morning and immediately after intense workout. Mixes easily but for best mixing use

blender. Don’t exceed recommended dose.
