Used in the 2:1:1 ratio before during or after endurance exercise they may help spare muscle tissue. Used after strength training, BCAAs may help kick-start protein synthesis which plays an important role in muscle growth. We included 2 grams of L-Glutamine because this amino acid may help support recovery after intense exercise.

DIRECTION: Take 10gm two heaping spoon approx. With 250-300ml of water. According to your taste you may increase the liquid to mix. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
