This formulation provide 754kcal, 170gm of carb, 15gm of proteins along with vitamin & minerals. Health supplement for intense muscular exertion, to be used with proper exercise and diet program. Especially suitable for athletes. This product is not a replacement for varied, balanced & healthy lifestyle. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat cure or prevent any disease. Directions: As a dietary supplement take one scoop (100gm approx.) in the morning and one scoop (100gm approx.)in the evening by mixing it in 350-450ml of milk or your favourite beverage. Best when used in the morning and immediately after intense workout. Mixes easily but for best mixing use blender. Don’t exceed recommended dose.
