Return Policy — Olympia Nutrition

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at Olympia Nutrition, we've made the return policy simple and customer-friendly.

Unused Product

You can return all unused products within 30 days of placing your order. Please ensure that the product is untampered, with the seals, boxing, and other packaging material still intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
Reverse pick-up charges will be applicable (as per the geographical location).

  • If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.

Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

If your order was delivered with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share the unboxing video and images of the packaging & products at  info@olympianutritions.com or call us on +91-161-2403653 within those 48 hours.

Upon investigation, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a replacement or a full refund.
Replacements are subject to product availability.

Olympia Nutrition reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases. No additional compensation or freebies will be provided under any circumstances.
Liability of any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product.

Refunds Will Be Issued As Follows

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued back to the original source of payment within 5 working days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account within 10 working days after receiving the bank details from the customer.
    Customers should share their bank details by providing a picture of a cancelled cheque from their bank.

Return/Refund Policy for Near-to-Expiry Products

Products offered under warehouse/clearance sale are sold at heavily discounted rates. The expiry date is clearly mentioned on the website for all such products.
Once purchased under this offer, these items do not qualify for any return, exchange, or refund under any circumstance.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before taking any dietary supplement.

Cancellation Policy — Olympia Nutrition

To confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order before it is dispatched, please indicate your refund preference.

You may choose one of the following refund modes:

  • Olympia Wallet Cash – If you select this option, the amount will be added to your Olympia Nutrition wallet.

  • Back to Source – The refund will be processed to the original payment mode/account used during the transaction.

Once you request cancellation of item(s), Olympia Nutrition will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund as per your selected preference.
