 Oly Carb is a carbohydrate drink deriving its calories from oligosaccharides (Maltodextrin). Working out hard can deplete your muscles stored form of carbohydrate called glycogen. Complex carbohydrate loading prior to exercise may help maintain muscle glycogen throughout your workout.
